I have ridden in 115 degree heat and 30 degree cold. Personally, I use a 10W-40 synthetic blend. Your weather, however, sounds perfect...but I'll bet it is rather humid. With your consistant climate I'm sure you could use a straight 30 or 40 weight, petroleum based, oil.
